Makers had a full sensory experience with our cloud putty workshop! They created and refined their special mixtures, using their hands to measure, mix, and knead. They observed the chemical reaction from the mixture that transformed from a liquid to a non-Newtonian fluid. They mixed colors and delighted in the various scents they put into their mixtures. It was so yummy to smell the cupcake, candy corn, candy cane, pumpkin pie, cotton candy and root beer scents! They pulled and stretched it until it had the best consistency for play. Then they created perfect packaging so it would be ready to share or sell!
