Our STEAM classroom curriculum helps teachers make Science, Technology, Engineering and Math lessons engaging and interactive! Teachers teach STEAM concepts through hands-on experiences using materials from individual students kits. Through planning, designing and creating, Makers will learn practical applications for the concepts and processes they learn. They will manipulate materials with different textures and properties (ie. wood, moss, clay, silicone, metal) and gain confidence in their ability to bring a project to fruition.
For each project teachers should purchase the curriculum book, the student kits (for the number of students in your class), and a teacher supply box (can be used for multiple projects). Each project contains curriculum for two, one-hour class sessions. For Makers in upper elementary, there are extension activities included to extend the learning beyond the project.
With Kitoodle Creators, every project has a purpose; to use, share, gift or sell. By the end of the two classes, your students will have a presentable project that they will be proud to share!
